You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate the terms of service of third-party websites
• Engage in fraudulent activities or unauthorized purchases
• Resell, redistribute, or share your license key
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. License and Restrictions

Upon purchasing a subscription, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use QuickCart Pro. Each license is valid for one device only. You may not:

• Share your account credentials or license key
• Use the Service on multiple devices simultaneously
• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the software
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels

5. Subscription and Payment

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial months or unused time
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:

• The Service will meet your requirements
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Success in purchasing any products
• Accuracy of any information provided

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SUCCESS in purchasing limited-release items. Success depends on numerous factors outside our control, including internet speed, website changes, and competition.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AVIATION BOX LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to your account
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission
• Any bugs, viruses, or errors in the Service
• Failure to secure desired products

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

• Breach of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activities
• Sharing or reselling your license
• Excessive chargebacks or payment disputes

10. Data Protection

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We comply with GDPR and other applicable data protection laws. We collect and process data necessary for providing the Service, including:

• Account information (email, name)
• Payment information (processed by Stripe)
• Device fingerprint for license activation
• Usage analytics to improve the Service

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of QuickCart Pro, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by Aviation Box Ltd and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
